Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SORSORA SIA for the use of Sorsora.

Last updated 5 October 2026

Who these terms are with

Sorsora is operated by SORSORA SIA, a company registered in Latvia under number 40203780280 (“we”, “us”). These terms form the agreement between us and you — or the organisation you are signing up on behalf of — and cover the web application, its APIs and everything else we ship as part of the service. Creating an account means accepting them.

Your account

You need a working email address, and an invitation from an administrator if you are joining an existing organisation. Keep your credentials to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Administrators of an organisation can see, manage and remove the accounts and data inside it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to process, do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, do not resell access, and do not store material that is unlawful where you are or where we are. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Your data stays yours

You keep every right in the records, files and configuration you put into the service. You grant us only the permission we need to host, back up, transmit and display that content so the product can work and so we can act on the instructions contained in it. We do not sell it and we do not use it to advertise to you.

AI features

Parts of the product send your content to AI models to draft text, extract fields from documents, answer questions and run automations. Output is generated, not verified: check it before relying on it for anything consequential, and do not submit data you are not permitted to share with a processor. Which providers are involved, and on what terms, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing and VAT

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund a period already running unless the law requires it. Usage-based charges, where a plan has them, are billed in arrears.

Prices are stated excluding VAT. Business customers elsewhere in the EU who supply a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; everyone else is charged VAT at the applicable rate.

If you are a consumer: right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, you owe a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing, and the right ends once the service has been fully performed with your express consent. This section does not apply to business customers.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and to give notice before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation unless we have signed a separate service-level agreement with you. Features evolve. Where a change would materially reduce what you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

Our intellectual property

The software, design, documentation and brand remain ours. Nothing here transfers them to you beyond the right to use the service while your account is active.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if payment fails, or if the law requires it — with notice, unless the risk makes notice impossible. After termination you can export your data for a limited window before it is deleted; the Privacy Policy sets out the retention periods.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Latvian or EU law, and nothing removes the mandatory rights of consumers.

Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, or lost data where you could reasonably have kept your own copy.

Changes to these terms

Updates are published here. For material changes we notify account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.

Law and disputes

The law of Latvia applies and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there, and you may take a dispute to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
